Heavy timber-frame gazebos and open-air pavilions face severe lateral wind loads and bending forces (moment loads) during storms. Standard post brackets can flex or twist under these dynamic forces, compromising structural stability. To eliminate frame sway, we utilize specialized 36-inch elongated post saddles. These extended structural steel brackets transfer lateral forces deep into the pile shaft, securing structural posts tightly and preventing timber distortion over time.

Rather than spending time and money excavating and grading your lawn, we adjust top-of-pile elevations on the fly. Our field technicians continuously measure and laser-level each pile throughout the driving process. We definitely ran into obstacles with rocks, buried cement, roots and the cement pool collar, however, they found great solutions.
